Australia/New Zealand, 1 November 2023 ‒ Medium haul low cost leader AirAsia X (AAX) celebrates its 16th anniversary this week with a special birthday sale, providing everyone with the gift of great value air travel to Asia and beyond.
From now until 5 November 2024 fares from Australia and New Zealand to the heart of southeast Asia are on sale starting from under AUD500 for the extended travel period from 30 Oct 2023 - 30 Sep 2024.
AirAsia X CEO Benyamin Ismail, said the airline is thrilled to reach this incredible milestone particularly after two of the most challenging years during the pandemic.
“Now we are well and truly back and stronger than ever, returning to our most popular destinations first. Australia and New Zealand are core destinations in our network, which combined with the AirAsia Group now exceeds over 130 destinations across Asia and Asia Pacific.
