AirAsia continues to be the LCC of choice at Putra Brand Awards 2024

SEPANG, 20 January 2025 - AirAsia continues to be the low-cost carrier (LCC) of choice, securing the Silver award at the prestigious Putra Brand Awards 2024 in the Transportation, Travel and Tourism category.

The recognition highlights its position as the people’s airline. The award was determined by a record number of participants in the research numbering over 20,000 unique respondents with well over 50,000 responses from Peninsular and East Malaysia. The survey identified Malaysians’ preferred brands across 24 product and service categories.

The Putra Brand Awards, also known as the People’s Choice Award is an initiative by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) aimed at recognising local and international brands that have had an impact on Malaysians.
